Job Description

  • Oversee, lead and manage all boutique teams to deliver outstanding performance in sales and profitability.
  • Ensure the employee experience is aligned with brand strategies, in turn driving excellent customer experiences.
  • Ensure employees are developed and coached to their full potential and achieving high standards to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • All stores deployment streamlined and tailored dependent on customer traffic and business demands
  • Manage and execute retail sales plan and business strategies.
  • Co-operate with regional and corporate departments to achieve overall operational efficiency and for promotional events.
  • Oversee inventory control and store standards.
  • Drive store KPIs to maintain and increase productivity and profitability including but not limited to UPT, AUR, sales, conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Be able to analyze reports to identify opportunities.
  • Develop loyal customer base through store reports and store colleagues engaging clients with quality clientelling and CRM with every transaction.
  • Drive compliance with company policies and procedures to maximise effective Profit Protection strategies.
  • Be an ambassador for the brand, leading by example and encompass the brand’s core values in everyday operations.


  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail store operations, and minimum 4-5years of managerial experience.
  • Multi-store management experience.
  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven track record to assess, recruit, train and develop talent.
  • Proven track record to drive increment in sales and profitability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation, able to communicate and interact at all levels.
  • Works well under pressure, is hands-on and pro-active.
  • Display excellent business acumen and brand awareness.
  • Strong fashion sense and excellent clientelling skills.
