A senior HR position covering both Singapore and Malaysia, responsible for building out HR strategy and structure as the Singapore office grows. This is a hands-on, strategic role rather than a purely operational one — ideal for someone who wants to shape HR policy and frameworks rather than execute an existing system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy and policy across Singapore and Malaysia
  • Build compensation & benefits frameworks
  • Develop succession planning and workforce strategy
  • Partner with the Malaysia HR team on execution
  • Support broader people-management matters, including some Finance oversight
  • Oversee Singapore office administration

  • Senior HR professional with strategic/policy experience, not purely operational
  • Regional exposure across Singapore and Malaysia, manufacturing background preferred
  • Comfortable working independently with broad ownership
