Job Description

- As an HR Business Partner, oversee all areas of HR and initiate effective HR solutions for designated business units

- Proactively partner with Business Leaders to drive innovative HR agendas and support business growth

- Accountable for accelerating and influencing the necessary mindset changes for line managers and employees

- Build trust relationships with Business Leaders, line managers and employees from various background


- Solid HR experience (senior level) or high-potential (mid-level) with good understanding of HR practices in a progressive company

- Experience in change management with strong influencing skills preferred  

- Mentally strong, mature, and resilient when dealing with challenges

- Proactive, has his / her own opinion, and could see things from different angles with an inquisitive mind

- Strategic and creative in designing and executing relevant strategies in order to meet expectations

- Ability to build trust relationship with Business Leaders and the employees

- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
