Oversee day to day boutique operation
Lead the team to achieve brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard.
Maintain, replenish and balance stock within the boutique
Coach the team to deliver high quality of customer service and build up strong customer relationship
To prepare rosters, sales and retail related reports
Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service.
