Marketing strategy relevant to each on-line channel (official website, Tmall, Wechat…)
• Online acquisition strategy to increase sales & traffic
• Marketing plan with an understanding of the company’s overall digital and marketing calendars and product strategy.
• Develop content & expertise to achieve a best-in-class web experience
• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams to recruit, retain existing customers and promote O-To-O
• Analyse marketing & media activities to strengthen our efficiency
• Works with HQ on developing new features relevant to Chinese customers
• Minimum 5 years experience at interactive agencies and/or online marketing division for cosmetic brand, E-commerce experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese, written and oral
• Strong customer focus and knowledge in business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
• Preferred to be creative with entrepreneurship spirit and can work independently
• Bachelor degree above in relevant major
