Our client is one of the leading MNC organization within the FMCG industry. Due to the rapid growth, they are now seeking for high calibers to join their team.
Develops country/customer 4P strategy and tactics in line with respective head of key accounts, and building on global 4P strategy.
Defines Category trade marketing KPIs
Defines and manages the trade marketing budget
Contributes to category marketing plans, with customer & category analysis and promotional strategy
Continuous analysis of the customer’s position, works together with the key account manager to recommend in store actions aimed at strengthening company’s position in the category.
Develops and implements company’s promotional strategy (in line with brand priorities and media plans) across customers.
Presenting on 4P strategy to our customers
Key contact for the brand marketing team with regards to all promotional and customer activity
Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
Prior trade marketing experience with a blue chip fast moving consumer goods company of at least 4-5 years, and preferably additional functional experience in either : Sales/Key Account function working with key international retailers, or brand marketing.
Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams.
Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral (in English).
Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues.
Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is advantageous
