Job Description

1.  Ensure target for sales revenue are met for the project assigned.

2.  Review marketing plans and sales strategies are executed to meet the sales revenue.

3.  Ensure marketing expenses are within approved budget and approved according to the Financial Authority Limits.

4.  Ensure that the Financial Authority Limits guidelines are cascaded into the Marketing Standard Operating Procedures SOP.

5.  Ensure that the Marketing SOP is coordinated with other departments where there is overlap .

6.  Review the marketing brief of projects to ensure that correct marketing positioning, target market and pricing.

7.  Review key design milestones like master plan, design development of building façade, development facilities, landscape design and unit layout plans.

8.  Complete other feasible tasks assigned by company.
