Job Description

Business Partnering
• Oversee HR function of the Group 
• Set up and implement HR frameworks and structures (for eg, compensation and benefits structure, Talent Management, HR policies etc) that supports the business strategies.

Remuneration Committee
• Proposal of bonus and increment quantum for the various entities 
• Work with RC Chairman on bonus and increment quantum for the Top Executives
• Propose balance scorecard framework for the Top Executives 

Compensation and Benefits
• Set up Job Grading framework
• Set up salary range based on salary benchmarking 
• Establish performance appraisal framework 
• Establish compensation guidelines methodology based on internal and external comparison with the use of compa-ratio and salary range position in salary adjustments 

Talent Management 
• Set up Talent Management framework
• Set up Succession Planning framework


10 years HR experience

good business sense

good possess of communication skills

experience in change management will be a strong plus
