The Business Leader, Marketing Support, Asia Pacific is to create business value for our client by partnering with leaders throughout this region, to enhance our customer-oriented and competitive culture. Through market intelligence, analytics, digital marketing, tele-marketing and/or other sources and research, you derive new insights that support marketing strategies in affiliates.
- Responsible for building a best-in-class market intelligence that distributes relevant, timely, insightful and easy-to-access competitive and market information by working closely with the leadership team
- Create and support the company’s customer engagement strategy by using the results of market research and intelligence and, different channels including digital and tele-marketing
- Drive and manage key market strategy projects including projects that simulate innovation in how the organization thinks about and designs sales and marketing approach
- Responsible for the collaborative creation, development, execution and measurement of the region’s digital and tele-marketing activities through working closely with business, IT and agency partners
