Job Description

  • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
  • Create a regional strategy to address the relevant countries in portfolio – including but not limited to campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
  • Working closely with the company’s Sales and Service teams; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
  • Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs
  • Build local and regional competencies for lead and demand generation to drive growth, localizing global content for regional markets
  • Create synergy in regional markets to leverage campaigns for maximum growth.
  • The ability to leverage all the content created and maximizing the returns of marketing investment, offering direct impact to sales
  • Responsible for driving channel marketing to increase effectiveness of our distributors by offering support in terms of capabilities, marketing strategy, event management and market development funding
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends


  • Minimum 10 years of relevant consumer marketing and product marketing experience in medical device/equipment industry and/or consumer
  • Strong knowledge and experience with inbound & outbound marketing, campaign & demand creation, marketing communications & services, leads generation & tracking programs, digital marketing within SEA and Oceania region required
  • Proven track record of success in progressive marketing roles
  • Bachelors or Master degree in Marketing
  • Professional chartered marketer (CIM)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to speak Mandarin preferred for ease of work with Mandarin speaking distributors in the region
  • Require to travel up to 30%
