Job Description

  • Responsible for management of assigned accounts
  • Delivery of revenue targets of assign accounts
  • Responsible to handle Tender/ Procurement and to Work with commercial/legal teams on T&C
  • To Work along with project managers to manage customer’s expectation
  • Coordination of Service support and keep abreast with service support issues, status along with maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Ensure there is no overdue account receivable
  • Ensure effective, quality and accurate opportunity pipeline
  • Coordinate, report and feedback the market situation to sales managers
  • Maintain up-to-date customer/market intelligence and capture win/loss data
  • To be responsible for accurate forecast in monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Provide in-house residence expert for assigned products and business unit
  • Develop and execute strategy for assigned product lines and accounts

Requirements

  • Fluent English and language(s) for assigned territory  
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales experience and preferably in Healthcare products and solutions in Singapore
  • Experience in managing customer accounts preferably in Healthcare industry. Understanding of diagnostic imaging market with sales knowledge of Singapore Healthcare market
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills
  • Highly motivated and self starter
  • Travel up to 10%
