Job Description

  • Manage daily HR operations
  • Handle daily C&B operation including payroll processing, variation, benefits administration, taxation, salary review and HRIS implementation and enhancement in a regional svope
  • Support HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in C&B functions including payroll, final payment and financial reports etc., preferably gained in sizeable companies or MNC
  • Proficient computer literacy, including HRIS system e.g. WorkDay, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate Available is preferrable
