Job Description

  • Lead a group of Graphic Artists and Production to develop marketing and advertising creative for clients that will help them sell their products and services.

  • Understand what motivates consumers across a variety of industries and how to get the best work out of a creative team

  • Understand the latest trends in design, help bring in new clients, and select creative team members

  • Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams

  • Manage the creative visionaries and their various projects

  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion

  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams across region

  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met

  • Plan advertising and marketing campaigns and oversee the creative processes

  • Plan, schedule and complete multichannel marketing and advertising efforts

  • Track results of marketing campaigns, using data to adjust future work

  • Take care of overall operation office in Thailand as a leader of the hub



  • At least 7-10 years direct experience as a creative with solid portfolio

  • Able to lead end to end process of work from creative to production*

  • Having stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving and project-management skills

  • Strong persuasive and collaboration skills

  • Firm grasp on multichannel marketing and brand development

  • Able to oversee content, copywrite. Able to write by themselves if needed

  • Communicate in both Thai & English

  • High leadership and entrepreneurship
