Job Description

  • Reporting to CEO
  • Lead 60-men sales team with 10 direct reports at director level, comprising Key Accounts, Mobile, IoT, and overseas team etc
  • Customer base includes mobile, IoT, TV, Automotive .. etc
  • Manage US1-2 billion revenue 
  • KPI: profit margin; sales revenue; client retention 
  • Immediate challenge:
    • Low-end to mid-end products; can maintain low end market share; can secure certain market share from mid-end customers
  • Longer term challenge:
    • Understand customer needs, collect competitor information and feedback to R&D team timely
    • Engage with key customers when 5G products are launched in the near future
  • Base in Shanghai


  • Must have solid experience in mobile sector; have network to engage with senior level person from major phone manufacturer.
  • Sales management experience from multinational semiconductor companies would be advantage
  • understand sales management system including sales target, channel, inventory management and pricing
  • Working level English while Mandarin speaking is a must
