Drive and manage internal communications, and organizational changes ensuring the workforce is informed and engaged in Thailand for both Sealed Air and Fagerdala,
Ensure compliance with employment-related laws, represent or aid in the representation of, the Company on related litigation.
Manage the budget and KPIs for the HR Operations function to contribute to cost effectiveness and operational excellence,
Supervise and manage direct reports, maintain a positive and can-do HR team,

Minimum 6 years of MNC working experiences as HR
Manager in Thailand, better worked in a matrix organization in the past,
Experienced both in Manufacturing and Corp. offices,
