Job Description

  • Develop programs, policies and procedures based on business needs and HR strategy by working with regional HR Ops Manager, 
  • Partnership with business leaders, act as “Process Owner” for key human resources initiatives to maintain a positive working environment in Thailand, 
  • Develop and implement HR programs that touches the entire employment life cycle in Thailand which mainly covers recruitment, payroll, performance management, learning & development, career and succession planning as well as talent motivation and retention, 
  • Manage the processes of HR Planning, Merit Increase, Salary Adjustment, Promotion and Separations..etc by working with the regional HR Ops Head located in Singapore, 
  • Drive and manage internal communications, and organizational changes ensuring the workforce is informed and engaged in Thailand for both Sealed Air and Fagerdala, 
  • Ensure compliance with employment-related laws, represent or aid in the representation of, the Company on related litigation. 
  • Manage the budget and KPIs for the HR Operations function to contribute to cost effectiveness and operational excellence, 
  • Supervise and manage direct reports, maintain a positive and can-do HR team, 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of MNC working experiences as HR 
  • Manager in Thailand, better worked in a matrix organization in the past, 
  • Experienced both in Manufacturing and Corp. offices, 
  • Must have a level of business acumen such as 
  • knowledge of P&L levers, 
  • Be familiar with MS Office tools, 
  • HRIS experience is a plus to this position.
