Job Description

  • Ensure a strong customer orientation / market focus

  • MSc in engineering (or equivalent) or master degree in business administration / Sales & Marketing (or equivalent)
  • 5 years experience in a senior position (Managing Director, General Manager or equivalent), gained in an international company with multiple sales channels
  • ≥ 5 years senior management experience gained in a company with sales, service, R&D and production functions
  • Strong customer orientation in combination with a proven track-record in sales and/or service management
  • Management skills
  • Strong leadership personality. Ability to act as a facilitator in a highly diverse cross-functional team and achieve excellent results and commitment. Cross-functional business knowledge and thinking.
