Job Description

  • Managing floor space and ensuring everyday smooth operations and delivery to customers
  • Maintain and ensure services standard are met.
  • Working closely with customer services team and creating a strong partnership between internal team and sales team, in order to create good synergies
  • Lead the sales team and assuring they achieve set sales targets as agreed by CEO.
  • Ensure the implementation of effective meeting and information sharing structures
  • Work with Human Resources to ensure that all people development strategies to support retention and excellent results are put in place.
  • Creating and providing timely and accurate reports that track and monitor KPIs.
  • Increase number of customers and consequently company’s market share.
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction and learning levels exceed expected benchmarks.

Requirements

Successful candidate should have....

  • Able to work 6 consecutive days/week include weekend and public holiday
  • Direct background in B2C sales with intangible products for more than 5 years
  • High dynamic team leader with sales-driven mindset
  • Result-oriented, good motivator, strategic sales management
  • Fluent English and Thai communication
