Job Description

  • Manage HR processes in close cooperation with business and HR transactional teams.
  • Lead recruitment processes to ensure to hire the right people at the right cost.
  • Lead the Talent Management process in the business areas to map Talent needs, identify potential, and define development needs/actions to close talent gaps; lead succession planning process.
  • Identify training needs and approve training requests from internal clients, in coordination with People & Organisational Development team.
  • Support the business in Performance Management.
  • Support and advise business areas in developing and implementing their change plans; advising on organization design, change and communications.
  • Representing local IR issues to the central IR team for advice and action as required. Advising on case management and local disciplinary actions as required.
  • Analyse and prepare compensation proposals in case of promotions, changes in positions, etc., in adherence with Rewards policy.


  • Minimum 5 years HR operations experience preferably in FMCG industry with at least 2-3 years business partnering experience
