Job Description

  • Responsible for Traded Goods sourced from APAC countries
  • Hands on directly for daily activity for replenishment plan and ensure all planning can meet customer demand and Inventory target
  • Sending PO to vendor for Sales Order Confirmation and follow up on update shipment arrival date
  • Order expedite request in case of Rush order/demand pull in
  • Facilitate constrain stock allocation process
  • Utilize planning tools to fulfill demand
  • Run necessary reports for planning purpose and analysis
  • Identify potential supply shortage/over supply for key products weekly
  • Participate in monthly Inventory Performance Review, S&OP meeting and provide necessary information in case of write-off
  • Review planning parameter quarterly and monitor product phase in/phase out management

Requirements

  • Degree / Masters in Logistics / Business or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years of Supply Chain experience
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Adequate knowledge of Pivot Table & V-Lookup
