Job Description

  • Conduct demand planning forecast across region, present key findings, recommend forecast and coordinate PO placement.
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) launch and product life cycle management activities.
  • Prepare demand plans, forecast accuracy and trends to stakeholders.
  • Act as a global process facilitator to ensure seamless processes, guideline and training for all areas of operation planning. Assist in developing planning strategies,such as global supply , inventory and obsolescence management and working capital.
  • Conduct business analysis and recommend changes to report and processes as necessary to streamline supply chain processes and activity in support of continuous improvement.
  • Develop metrics / dashboard and other reporting tools to provide visibility or driving decision making.
  • Explore solutions with third party logistic providers and distribution centers (DCs) to minimize cost and maximize data integrity with the facilities and system.
  • Participate in regional planning sessions and variety of cross-functional team focused on planning and process improvements.
  • Assist with system transition and reporting training to Supply Chain staffs in Asia.


  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years of experience involving APAC outsourced manufacturing partners in multiple regional distribution centers.
