Job Description

Serve as an expert communicator by building and executing global internal communication plans which support the organization’s culture and priority initiatives to inform, align and engage global associates. Partner with external communications / PR firm to align message timing and direction.


  • Build and execute detailed communication plans, including objective(s), strategies, key messages, tactics and measurements for critical priorities and focus areas
  • Drive strategy alignment and understanding throughout the organization through thoughtful and strategic communications
  • Develop an own detailed project plans to support communication goals and priorities
  • Develop key messages, talking points and message briefings for key stakeholders
  • Contribute to short- and long-term editorial calendar planning by sourcing story concepts and content ideation
  • Grow, develop and foster deep-seeded relationships with cross-functional partner teams and a wide network of the Group
  • Build presentations to support internal communication objectives and initiatives, and in support of key internal clients
  • Support key stakeholders’ communication objectives and needs
  • Craft video scripts for leaders and other internal customers
  • Plan and deliver virtual and in-person, small and large, meetings and events
  • Partner with external communications / PR firm to align message timing and direction
  • Collaborate with, influence and serve as an advisor for key customers and cross-functional teams on linked objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in related roles
  • Aptitude to protect sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to utilize strong project management skills including managing multiple projects at different stages simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copy writing/editing, storytelling, presentation development and event planning
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management, enabling work with multiple stakeholders, handle multiple projects – and meet new challenges – with composure and confidence
  • Proven success in building and measuring communication plans
