Job Description

  • Reporting to Supply Chain Management Director
  • Formulate overall logistics transition plan for new vendor from existing vendor
  • Liaise with new vendor and internal teams for warehouse storage layout and SOP design
  • Liaise cross functionally with internal teams as Supply Chain Management, Operations, IT, Quality for details process of implementation
  • Monitor progress of project time-line and ensure on-time implementation and vendor switch
  • Ensure smooth transition execution and post-transition operations
  • Report project implementation status timely


  • Diploma or above in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • Warehouse and logistics transition experience is a MUST for this position
  • Ideally with F&B industry background
  • Experience and knowledge in Project management
  • Good communication skills with people from different levels including local 3PL
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Fluent in Cantonese is a MUST
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
