Job Description

  • Responsible for managing digital, social content strategy, planning and execution of successful digital and social media campaigns
  • Drive brand digital and social strategy for Greater China region in line with brand strategies and business objectives
  • Lead creation and communication for social content
  • Develop Greater China social marketing plan with the aim to grow brand awareness and fuel the ecommerce momentum
  • Initiate social CRM activities, analyze customer database for formulating, driving and delivering creative on data-driven CRM marketing activities
  • Develop and execute synergies between online and offline marketing events


  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in managing digital marketing and social media in apparel or fashion retail industry
  • knowledge of Greater China social media and E-commerce platforms including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Douyin, Baidu, Tmall, IG, FB and Youtube, etc
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship building, stakeholder management/client service, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
