Our client is a FMCG sector and the APAC regional headquarters located in Singapore, cover 10 APAC market. They are currently looking to bring onboard a Senior HR Executive/ Assistant HR Manager with proven C&B and operations experience within the Retail/F&B/FMCG industry to join their C&B team.

Job Description

Senior HR Executive/ Assistant HR Manager will assist, collaborates, support Compensation and benefits project (annual salary review program, Rewards projects, benefit policies) for 10 countries. Also, you need to manage the on-boarding, off-boarding, immigration process for 4 countries. Reporting to a Head of C&B,APAC based on Hong Kong and HR Operations Manager based on Singapore.


  • Degree in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong with numbers and detailed oriented
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Meticulous, analytical and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving skills and project management abilities
  • Able to work independently and work well across teams in a matrix organization
