Job Description

  • Create an end to end journey and implement automated processes by working with the Digital Marketing team and stakeholders, e.g. IT, Commercial Effectiveness, Sales, Marketing, Medical, Legal, Compliance and external agencies
  • Manage projects to create, execute and manage marketing campaigns
  • Manage email sending and performance, analyze metrics and identify areas of opportunity to drive ROI
  • Explore new ways of digital communications with customers and provide insights
  • Support customer digital behavior analysis, development of digital personas, creation of digital preferences and affinity
  • Advocate the New Ways of Working operating model to encourage collaboration, networking and experimentation within the organization


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Technology or Science related discipline
  • 3-4 years of experience in Digital or e-Commerce marketing, or related functions
  • Experience in managing marketing automation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) would be an added advantage
  • Demonstrable expertise in the following channels and capabilities: marketing automation, email, websites, apps, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, webcasting and digital sales tools
