Job Description

  • Assists and collaborates, as appropriate, in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the annual salary review program for employees in the Asia Pacific Region
  • Carry out analysis to support the design and alignment of benefit policies across the Asia Pacific region (e.g. Car policy, Annual leave policy etc.)
  • Support in the implementation of Rewards projects (e.g. Total rewards, Gender pay gap) as per Group guideline
  • Work closely with HR business partners in maintaining Job evaluation system. Ensure all evaluated jobs are correctly and timely reflected in the system to support management decision
  • In alignment to group policy, support all the aspects linked to expatriate management (payroll switch / tax filing / etc)
  • Assist in maintaining, reviewing and communicating reward policies and processes
  • Manages the day-to-day tactical work to support the overall employment experience of people working at an organization in line with the business’s policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
  • Manage the onboarding, offboarding, immigration process for Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan
  • Implement HR procedures and policies as directed
  • Organizes and maintain personnel records
  • Ensure work visa applications are completed on time and updated
  • Support the Payroll Manager in the completion of payroll documents (e.g. pension enrolment, tax filing, etc.)
  • Supports the tracking of the benefits received by expatriate for tax filing and budgeting purpose
  • Directs and plans the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (e.g. enrolment, termination of members)
  • Supports the leave management process
  • Manages and track the PR/PO processing and invoicing for HR related expenses.
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Supports the implementation of HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong with numbers and detailed oriented
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Meticulous, analytical and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving skills and project management abilities
  • Able to work independently and work well across teams in a matrix organization
