Job Description

  • Devise marketing strategies and mandatory assortments for the products / markets priorities (brand, product, positioning, distribution channels) and complementary ranges
  • Establish a holistic diagnosis of the markets (e.g. buyer, customer, trade, competition)
  • Well equipped with accurate understanding of the market and conduct ad hoc researches via secondary sources to identify target customers, value propositions, and actionable insights
  • Define and validate the optimal market positioning for the product ranges in terms of USP, claims, benefits and prices
  • Monitor performance and create content on social media, website, and other marketing channels
  • Lead a small team of marketers, while closely collaborating with the sales team, distributors and business partners
