Job Description

  • Responsible for all client centric events/ activities both in-store and out store animation
  • Support boutique team in identifying the right client profiles to invite to various events in each seasons and throughout the year
  • Work closely with different departments and agency, starting from venue inspection to budget control, catering, production, set-up to the invitation of clients
  • Work closely with Regional & Headquarter for event proposal and validation
  • Event ROI and post event reporting


  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • At least 8 years relevant work experience with 3 years at supervisory level
  • Possess excellent knowledge in banquet services; work experience with luxury retail brands would be an advantage
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and organization skills and attentive to details
  • Excellent command in written and spoken Engllish, Cantonese and Chinese
