Job Description

You will directly report to Global head of packaging engineering,

  • Supervise designs of packaging for consumer products based on customer & business requirements
  • Defines/checks packaging dimensional design and specifications. Works with packaging supplier to implement process control & product requirements
  • Works on new packaging material or packaging upgrades as required by customer/business and validates its manufacturing process with supplier
  • Contribute to the selection and qualification of new packaging supplier
  • Lead and train packaging engineering team

Requirements

  • Solid experience in packaging design & packaging process validations sectors in consumer goods or medical product manufacturing industry
  • Familiar with household/medical products design standards and safety standards
  • Familiar with DFSS, DFM
  • Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14000
  • Good leadership, can work under pressure
