Job Description

  • Meets targets for profitable sales and strategic objectives in assigned Channel Partner territories (SEA)
  • Lead sales specialists to drive sales team in accordance to the projected sales forecasts and to improve sales capability and skills in the sales team
  • Coordinates the involvement of company, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet Channel Partner performance objectives and expectations
  • Ensure alignment with marketing team to drive growth in the focus products and segments and markets through field activities like conferences, tradeshows, seminars, etc
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Manage sales specialist to work closely with other functions to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Channel Partners
  • This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities and coordination with Channel Partners
  • Manage the recruitment, training, management of Channel partner
  • Provide deep, ongoing analysis of local market situation and lead the optimisation of sales channels / territory account mapping


  • Minimum Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical or Biosciences related fields  Formal qualifications in management, sales or marketing
  • Minimum 10 years proven successful experience in sales and marketing in the Life science industry and or Clinical Diagnostics Industry
  • Minimum 3 years in relevant commercial, Sales & Business, development experience
  • Channel management experience
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing process
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented  Attention to details  Strong planning and organizing skills
