Lead the FM operations teams from facilities management (hard and soft services), maintenance and project management
Develop and implement strategies (including opex management) for project PnL optimization in terms of bottom line enhancements coupled with operations effectiveness and to drive continuous improvements
Develop implementation plan to manage business growth, improve workplace quality, drive cost savings & optimize the facilities and maintenance portfolio
Expand the relationship and scope of business with new and existing Key Accounts. Establish and maintain relationships with Key Stakeholders to influence new business opportunities
Able to generate and enhance business processes, SOPs for optimisation of project operations performance
Manage facilities and projects PnL, contracts, contractors and vendors in fulfilling both contractual performance and safety obligations
Able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders from executive management, internal business units, clients, external supplier partners and vendors
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field, FM, Real Estate or equivalent
Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in real estate, facilities operations management
Experienced in handling government agencies projects and hospital/medical industry
Possess hands-on experience in Facilities Management, Project and Maintenance Operations includes ACMV, Mechanical & Electrical and Fire Protection services.
Candidate with certification in GMM / GMFM (Green Mark) / FSM (Fire Safety) will have an advantage

Strong, clear verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Self-driven and able to perform under tight deadline and stress
