Job Description

Strategic planning and business partnering

  • Work with stakeholders in trends and changes to operating model, delivery, process & operational execution

Financial & accounting reporting

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with IFRS and GAAP or any others globally
  • Develop and implement planning and reporting process on all central cost centres
  • Conduct/Coordinate external audit on organization financials (Including process review)
  • Implementing of appropriate financial controls to protect assets of the company

Financial planning/analysis

  • Advice on the financial implication of a management decision for transactions (etc investment/expansion)
  • Financial due diligence for M&A. Conduct IFRS analysis including possible financial impact on statement from M&A activities

Accounting and Administration

  • Completing of month end closing, annual report and other statutory accounting activities for group
  • Developing and implementing of accounting policies and direction across group
  • Implementation of IFRS on company globally, including corporate and countries
  • Provision of technical accounting on GAAP guidance


  • Cash flow, position monitoring
  • Funding for investment activities

People/Team Management

  • Lead and develop the team in accordance with the company’s people principles and process. – including structures and clear accountabilities, maximizing employee performance by coaching and mentoring


  • Degree in Accounting or any other relevant disciplines
  • CA or CPA certified
  • Proven record, preferably from a top tier accounting firm, with a successful transition from medium to large MNC at a regional level
  • Experience with full Spectrum of finances – accounting, reporting, tax compliance, external audit, funding, treasury
  • Strong knowledge on IFRS
