Job Description

  • Oversee daily business operations and P&L
  • Drive operations excellence and improvement
  • Monitor operations performance of over 10 outlets
  • Develop and reviewing strategic plan and operations procedures to maximize sales growth, productivity and manpower efficiency
  • Work close with other business functions to drive business growth and support business expansion
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve high standard of customer services and people development
  • Lead the new stores opening project and ensure the smooth operations for the new openings.


  • Degree in catering/hotel management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of retail/F&B operations experience with at least 2 years in multiple store management. Chain store experience will be a plus 
  • Proactive and willing to share ideas
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with positive and driven attitude 
  • Hands on with operations project management
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
