Job Description

  • Act as a contact person for applications support in the IT back office, handle enquiries and provide technical support to users, include troubleshooting, incident and problem identification, provide resolution and escalation, bug fixing and change management, to avoid re-occurring of incidents and events
  • Monitor daily operation to ensure incidents are resolved and meet the service-level, make corrective action and update incident status to stakeholders
  • Collaborates with internal and external vendors to resolve production support and handle change deployment, take ownership of the outcome
  • Monitor external vendors service consumption and assist in annual review of their maintenance contracts
  • Support new applications’ on-boarding process, as well as schedule planned and urgent changes with operation
  • Comply with standards and change deployment policy to meet with the audit requirements
  • Maintain operations procedure and documents to ensure proper support model are being in place and followed


  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT technical support role on applications (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX and D365) is preferred, experience in BI solutions (Power BI/ Tableau) is a plus
  • Familiar with ITIL framework and acquired certificate
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
