Job Description

  • Formulate HR regulations and policies and implement best practices for Hong Kong and China
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
  • Responsible for different employee engagement and staff communication programs
  • Organize and coordinate different kinds of staff activities and team building programs
  • Enhance the internal communication channel among different levels of employees to ensure corporate value are disseminated across the whole organization
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects as and required


  • Exposure of both Hong Kong and China market is a must
  • Experience in sourcing industry is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details and multi-tasking
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, Putonghua a must
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
