Job Description

  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with specific key accounts
  • Develop & execute sales plan, pricing & distribution strategy, budgeting and forecasting
  • Provides Sales & Marketing management with accurate and timely reports such as sales forecast, stock forecast and recommendations on marketing program effectiveness and competitive activity
  • Conduct market research , sales analysis, business review and customer presentation to identify sales problems or opportunities, improve market intelligence and supports trade promotion or consumer promotion effectiveness
  • Regular store visits to observe market changes and competitor activities as well as identify business opportunity


  • University degree in Marketing or Business field
  • At least 4 years’ key account management / trade marketing experience from FMCG industry
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills, with strong business acumen
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Strong analytical skill, self-motivated, resourceful, hands-on and result-driven
