Job Description

  • Customer sales support, handling phone and email enquiries
  • Facilitate and drive sales by interacting with online clients via email to answer product requests or questions
  • Handle customer follow up and ensure service quality is maintained
  • Be updated on product information and gather client feedback on quality, fit and packaging
  • Be able to sense new opportunities and initiatives to develop functional enhancements to possibly up-sell products


  • Fluent in spoken Mandarin or Chinese (Cantonese).  Fluent spoken English is a must.
  • Ability to work a shift-based, flexible
  • Confidence to meet and exceed sales goals and customer expectations.
  • Luxury eCommerce sales experience is preferred
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Suite & knowledge of Cybersource’s Decision Manager / Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.
