Job Description

The Marketing Communications Specialist responsibility includes:

  • Promoting our products and services at various events, such as tradeshows, exhibitions, roadshow seminars, partner seminars, and domestic / international user group events
  • Manage events (digital/physical) through the PDCA process and plan and coordinatethe strategy and objectives for each event, schedules, required manning and resources vendor qualification and management, estimated costs, and follow-up with timely reporting and expense tracking
  • Capture and share relevant customer feedback and competitive information
  • Coordinate with business unit sales managers throughout PDCA process of the events
  • Co-work with field marketing manager and sales managers to capture leads to Salesforce CRM, dispatch the leads, and track ROI
  • Localizing and creating the various promotional materials, such as product brochures, give-aways, case studies, online videos
  • Advertising our company and products / services on various media
  • Follow our brand guidelines and communicate internally / externally
  • Draft and translate press releases and distribute to the media


  • Hands-on experience with managing and executing B2B marketing events
  • Hands-on experience with creation and/or localizing sales tools, including product brochures
  • Working knowledge of B2B marketing platforms, such as CRM and emailing systems, preferably Salesforce and Pardot
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
  • Experience in drafting press release in Japanese is a plus.
