Job Description

  • Handle a full spectrum of C&B operations and payroll cycle in HK and Japan
    • Including monthly payroll, taxation filing, Pension contribution and enrolment, month-end reports, annual insurance renewal
  • Provides HR support to the heads of Business lines in the following areas:
    • Manpower planning and staff cost optimization
    • Year-end performance and compensation review
    • Work injury cases
    • Labour disputes
  • Work closely with HR Director on manpower planning and budget plan
    • Review and forecast the utility of the workforce based on business needs
    • Evaluate and identify the use of budget for business sustainability
    • Staff cost budgeting
  • Participate in formulating HR related policies and ensure compliance to the HK Labour Ordinance and company's values
  • Involve in HRIS Implementation / Enhancement Projects including system requirement, data migration, user acceptance test and end-user training
    • Maintain and monitor the database to ensure the data accuracy
    • Including Payroll, Leave Management, Attendance modules
  • Communicate with Business Line Managers
    • Compile and analyze HR data for management reporting
    • Organize company-branding events
