Job Description

The role’s main purpose is to drive, manage and motivate the sales functions in Thailand and contribute to the goal and targets of the company. The person will be driving local tactics to increase growth speed. 

Role & Responsibility

  • Develop sales plans and strategies
  • Organize and maintain high energy sales operations 
  • Take charge of recruiting and hiring sales staff based on company goals
  • Monitor market and competitor activities
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes and profit 
  • Improve and maintain customer satisfaction by anticipating needs
  • Implement success-driven plans to create a performance-oriented environment
  • Work closely with Esports and Gaming assets division to improve products
  • Cooperate with the marketing department to improve in-bound generated sales
  • Create weekly sales reports and work through sales software to keep management updated
  • Communicate and foster relationships with clients
  • Help improve workflows between sales, client solutions, and esports and gaming assets
  • Plans monitor and appraise job results
  • Ability to connect to brands, clients, and media agencies through an existing network


  • 10 years of experience in relevant field (Media Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Influencer Sales) 
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position
  • Ability to think strategically and big picture
  • Organized nature and proactive personality
  • High energy and passion about esports and gaming
  • Thinking as the backbone to the team (through mentorship and active coaching)
  • Strong negotiation skills
