Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment search process for APAC regions
  • Partner with hiring manager to develop position specifications and job posting
  • Conduct CVs screening, interviews and providing comments and co-ordination of interviews. This also including managing the same process for internal talent
  • Assist in HR administration duties including gathering data from employees, updating attendance and leave record, and maintaining staff personnel files
  • Prepare various monthly HR reports and analysis
  • Work on other HR projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources Management or related degree programs.
  • 5-7 years of relevant in house HR experience ideally gained within an MNC environment and experience
  • A previous significant experience in Retail / Consumer Industry is highly preferred but not a must
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to drive change in a high pressured and fast pace environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skill as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Business savvy, possesses entrepreneurial spirit to generate innovative solutions and deliver with excellence
  • Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of an Asian language is a plus
