Job Description

Multiple positions ranges from HKD 30,000 - 50,000 / month.

  • Executive Assistant (s) - services C-suite, Head of Region 
  • Office Manager (s)

Major responsibilities.:

  • Handles Top Management / Executive support on business related arrangements & coordination
  • Central point of contact & orchestrate customers visits/ summit, (conference room booking, visa applications, meeting materials, etc)
  • Processes T&E and local travelling and arranges payment
  • Office Administration:
    • indirect procurement 
    • lease related coordination 
    • office renovation / relocation projects
  • Business Support: 
    • assist Leader in preparing business report/presentation


  • Team player attitude, detail-minded with good sense of accountability
  • Good command of English.
  • High proficiency of computer literacy, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
