Major responsibilities.:
- Handles Top Management / Executive support on business related arrangements & coordination
- Central point of contact & orchestrate customers visits/ summit, (conference room booking, visa applications, meeting materials, etc)
- Processes T&E and local travelling and arranges payment
- Office Administration:
- indirect procurement
- lease related coordination
- office renovation / relocation projects
- Business Support:
- assist Leader in preparing business report/presentation
