Job Description

  • Work with Senior Director to identify various index for APAC region in order to achieve business goals, in terms of outstanding sales growth and service quality
  • Analyst KPIs performance and provide various training programme to service teams in different regions if needed
  • Develop service intelligence database to capture service related data and key KPIs across the region
  • Prepare regular reports on Service KPIs to senior management including comments and areas of improvement
  • Responsible for the system update, enhancement and feedback collection with global IT team & global service operation director
  • Identify regional service initiatives to improve performance 


  • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or related disciplines
  • Min 5 years’ service experience with 2 years in analytical position
  • Good business acumen with strong analytical skills 
  • Result oriented with strong problem solving, organization and planning skills
  • Good communications skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Good work knowledge of data analysis, and performance metrics using business management software
