Job Description

  • Researches and implements technological strategic solutions and align maintains IT strategies to global standards
  • Spearhead technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
  • Coordinating project resources and timetables with user departments and data center
  • Supporting regional countries to preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery, back-up procedures, information security and control structures
  • Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies
  • Align to Global standard IT strategies, policies, and procedures and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience managing complex IT delivery landscape in consulting/system integrator environment
  • Strong experience in Automation Technology such as RPA service delivery, Chatbot, OpsRamp, ServiceNow and Infra monitoring tools
  • Strong experience in Infrastructure Managed Services in complex environment for Windows, Linux, Unix, VMWare and Storage
  • Strong experience in Cloud infrastructure, container management and orchestration tools (Docker, various Cloud products)
