Job Description

  • Act as Business Partner with GC Retail Team (HK & Macau) to facilitate the business plan with effective HR strategy and initiatives
  • Ensure all aspects of HR strategies and measures to attract, retain and develop talents
  • Manage talent acquisition, organization development, compensation and benefits and employee relations
  • Prepare the HR budget and forecast
  • Advise and monitor the commission and incentive programs for frontline employees
  • Process performance management and annual performance appraisal
  • Prepare HR correspondence, employment contract and organization charts
  • Handle staff issues and labor dispute
  • Maintain and renew medical and life insurance
  • Review and update Employee Handbook and HR Policy from time to time in line with business strategies and corporate guideline
  • Drive employee engagement strategies to build a highly motivated team


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years of solid HR experience
  • Hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR tasks
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance. Knowledge of labour regulations of other Asia countries would be an advantage
  • Solid experience in retail industry, with luxury fashion experience is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
