Job Description

  • Develop and execute holistic wellness initiatives and programs that support organizational and stakeholder health.
  • Lead and manage effective wellness campaigns and interventions at both the individual and team levels.
  • Cultivate a strong organizational culture centered on well-being through strategic engagement and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and facilitate a cohesive wellness strategy.
  • Oversee all wellness-related projects, monitoring their impact through data analysis, comprehensive reporting, and the generation of actionable insights.
  • Ensure all wellness programs are aligned with the company's core philosophy and stakeholder needs.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field is required. Candidates must be a Medical Doctor, Certified Nurse, Pharmacist, Paramedical Professional, or a graduate in a related healthcare/wellness discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in wellness, corporate wellness, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading employee engagement or wellness programs with demonstrable, measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working effectively with diverse groups, including employees, management, healthcare partners, and external communities.
  • Strong project and people management skills with a proven ability to work across different functions and teams.
