Responsibilities

 

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for new and existing products.

  •  Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the product development team to provide market insights that shape product features, positioning, and pricing.

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, social media, PR, and in-store promotions) to successfully launch products and drive sustained sales growth.

  • Craft compelling product messaging and create high-quality marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, sales presentations, and social media posts.

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics (KPIs) and ROI, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

  •  Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively communicate product value propositions to customers and distributors.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the cosmetics, skincare, supplement, or a related FMCG industry.

  • Demonstrated success in launching products and executing creative marketing campaigns.

  • Strong experience with digital marketing channels, including social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
