Job Title: Human Resources Manager (HRM)
Industry: Luxury Retail Distribution

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR-related functions and processes for the Philippine operations. This position will report directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for 40 office staff and 90 field-based consultants

  • Implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with Philippine labor laws

  • Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development

  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and internal reports


Job Requirements

  • 10 years of HR management experience, ideally within retail, luxury, or service-driven industries

  • Strong background in payroll processing and local statutory compliance

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and departments

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems
