Job Description

  1. Oversee all corporate functions including HR, IT, and Operations
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals
  3. Provide leadership and direction to the 5 Business Units in the eldercare sector
  4. Ensure efficient and effective operations across all centers in Singapore
  5. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery
  6. Collaborate with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and execute strategic plans
  7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions
  8. Manage relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, partners, and donors
  9. Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff to foster a culture of excellence and accountability

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  2. Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive leadership role
  3. Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
  4. Experience in the eldercare sector or healthcare industry is highly desirable
  5. Hands-on strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth
  6. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  9. Experience in managing budgets and financial performance
  10. Passion for social services and making a positive impact in the community
